Subscriptions are monthly and billed automatically through Whop. Payment is processed securely via credit/debit card or supported payment methods on the Whop platform. Subscriptions auto-renew each month until cancelled. PolyOmega is not responsible for failed payments due to insufficient funds or expired cards. Subscription fees are non-refundable once a billing cycle has begun.
You may cancel at any time through your Whop account dashboard. Cancellation stops the next renewal — access continues until the end of your current paid period. PolyOmega reserves the right to revoke access for violations of these terms, including but not limited to sharing signals outside the subscriber community, chargebacks, or abusive behavior toward staff or other members.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, PolyOmega and its operators expressly disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. In no event shall PolyOmega be liable to any party for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of this service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the service is to discontinue use.
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international law. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration rather than in court. By using PolyOmega's services, you agree to these terms in their entirety.
